RETURNS & EXCHANGES

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO RETURN ITEMS FOR REFUND/STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

After 14 days from the delivery order date, we are unable to issue refunds, store credit or offer an exchange.

Our policy honours returns only on new, unused items.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please package items for return in their original packaging.

If damages occur in return transit, customers are liable for all damage costs and may be subject to not receiving a return refund.

For order cancellations, we will accept a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed, unless it has already been shipped in this time.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
